At Bobbie Goods, we want you to love your new fashion finds, but if you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a refund.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt for reference.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
